Fourth round matches

The draw for the remaining rounds of the UEFA cup took place today, with all four Spanish sides still in the last 16 of the competition. Barcelona and Mallorca both drew British opposition, Celtic and Newcastle respectively, and Valencia will have to return to Turkey after being paired with the revelation side of the tournament, Glençlerbirligi. Once again though Villarreal have the hardest task, and if they want to reach the final in their first ever appearance in Europe they will have to beat Roma, and then could face Barcelona and then Valencia in their quarter and semi-final ties.
