Play-offs, semi-finals

Once again, the third promotion spot will be decided by a play-off phase between the teams finishing in the third to sixth positions. Levante, Alavés, Eibar and Albacete occupied those spots this year, and will meet over two-leg semi-finals, with the winners also playing off over two legs the following week. (28.05.23)

Levante and Alavés won through their semi-finals, and will meet over 2 legs next week to decide the third promotion spot. (08.06.23)
