0-1. 63. Ronaldinho. Picked up rebound off bar and hit shot into roof of net.

A spectacular second half strike from Ronaldinho was enough to give Barcelona a one goal victory in Denmark against Michael Laudrup's Brondby. The Brazilian star fired a free kick against the bar and then ran on to collect the rebound in front of a passive defence and shoot into the roof of the net over the head of keeper Zaza.

The Catalans could have gone in front in the first half a couple of times, especially when Zaza could only push out Luis García's shot and Saviola put the rebound over the bar with the goal at his mercy.

However the Danes got back into the game as the first half wore on, with Kamper and Nielsen both shooting wide, and Jakobsson volleyed a shot just wide of Víctor's post after the restart.

But then came Ronaldinho's moment of genius, and Cocu and Ronaldinho himself could have increased the lead later in the match. Rijkaard's side should have done enough though anyway to ensure their passage through to the next round in next week's second leg.
