politely and stuck it away for his 17th of the season. Rayo's goalscoring
heroics in Europe continued with another four on Thursday. Why they aren't

now even defender/midfielder Quevedo improve their positions in our chart. Luis
Enrique confirmed his impressive recent form with a goal in the UEFA cup and
another at the weekend, and England will surely have to face him when they play
Spain at the end of this month. Juan Sánchez also showed he is back with
his second in eight days, curiously both in the 17th minute of the respective
games. Villarreal's Víctor has Palermo to thank for his return to our

Finally congratulations to Oviedo for finally scoring away after 933 minutes of
football. In the end it wasn't Stan Collymore who got it - he was left behind
