Racing Santander and Fuenlabrada were promoted after winning through their respective play-offs, but they still have to play between themselves over two legs to decide who are the second division B champions.

Fuenlabrada are the Second Division B champions after beating Racing Santander 2-1 on aggregate. (13.06.19)
