Real Madrid restored the seven point gap over Barcelona after a 2-0 win over Zaragoza on Sunday. It was only thanks to Casillas though that they went in at the break level, the Spanish international keeper making a string of saves from Diego Milito, Oliveira and Sergio García. And Oliveira did get the ball into the net after Casillas saved from Milito only to see the strike ruled out for offside.

"San Iker" was in action again after the restart, keeping out Zapater and Diogo early on, and Oliveira hit the foot of the post as well. But the visitors paid the price for their misses, Van Nistelrooy heading Robinho's cross into the net in Madrid's first real effort on target. A few minutes later Robinho ran on virtually unchallenged to beat López Vallejo for a second time, and it was virtually all over.

Zaragoza did keep on trying, but Diogo and Gabi came up against the saint once again. Four games in a row with a clean sheet, and it is difficult to see anyone scoring past him on this form!
