Spain’s under 21 side completed the formalities in their latest group game, a 0-1 victory over Albania consolidating their position at the top of their mini-league. Already sure of a place in next summer’s finals, coach Luis de la Fuente tried out some of his lesser used players. However, although Aarón, Fornals and Soler all hit the woodwork, his team were unable to break down an ultra-defensive side until substitute Rafa Mir fired home the winner with a few minutes to go.
