Spain’s under 17 side made it three wins out of three after beating hosts Slovakia 1-3 in the last group game. Both teams were already sure of a place in the Elite round after winning their first two ties, and the locals took an early lead when Teslar latched on to a Jasurek assist to beat Santomé. Midway through the first half however Susolik put through his own net with a little help from Villalba, and a few minutes after the restart Villanueva picked up Villalba’s pass to score, and then set up Arnaíz for the third just three minutes after that.
