A close thing in the end, but Spain's under 21 side beat Hungary 1-0 on Monday night to make it four straight wins at the start of the group stage. Morata headed Sarabia's cross past Jova in the ninth minute to open the scoring, the striker's eleventh goal in only nine games at this level. But after that chances were few and far between, Muniain firing a long shot at the keeper and Oliver Torres heading wide before the break, and Bernat, Morata and Deulofeu missing the target after the restart. The visitors didn't get in to Spain's half much, but they came within a whisker of saving a point on the hour mark when Dani Carvajal cleared Adorjan's shot off the line with Pacheco beaten, the ball coming back off the post before it was finally cleared. At the halfway point Lopetegui's side are three points clear at the top of the table, although their next three games are all away from home. (14.10.13)
