For the fourth year in a row there will be two Spanish sides in the semi-finals of the Champions League, although this season it will be Atlético Madrid and not Barcelona who join Real Madrid after Simeone's team knocked the Catalans out of the competition in the quarter finals. The two city rivals avoided each other in the draw, Real Madrid being paired against defending champions Bayern Munich, and Atlético to face Chelsea. Both play the first legs at home. The final will take place at Benfica's "Estádio do Sport" stadium in Lisbon on 24th May. (11.04.14)
