All first division managers are now on board, with Real Sociedad and Almería taking a chance on young B team coaches Arrasate and Francisco as Montannier and Javi Gracia decided to move on. As expected, Real Madrid finally prised Ancelotti away from Paris Saint Germain, and he is already changing the club's philosophy away from the signing of "Galacticos" to a more austere, long term approach, building a squad based on Spain's talented youngsters. Some of those will be in-house, such as Morata, Jesé and Nacho, others prodigal sons such as Dani Carvajal, bought back from Bayer Leverkusen, and where the local talent doesn't reach others will be imported, Málaga's Isco the first of those and Real Sociedad's Illarramendi very close to being the second. Let's hope the demanding fans give him time to carry out the plan! Meanwhile Barcelona have been lightening their squad to make room for Neymar, with Bojan, Abidal and Muniesa all confirming moves away from the Nou Camp last week, andthe announcement made today that David Villa is on his way to Atlético Madrid as the replacement for Falcao.
