Spain's success in recent years is likely to continue after their under 19 side beat England 3-1 to reach their second European youth final this summer. Having lost to England at under 17 level a couple of months ago, Luis Milla's side were looking for revenge, and within twelve minutes Liverpool's Dani Pacheco had his fourth goal of the tournament after Canales set him up. With just over half an hour on the clock Canales flicked the ball on for Keko to coolly beat Rudd for a second time, but England came back just four minutes later, early substitute Bostock latching on to a loose ball to crash a shot past Alex. Spain wrapped things up though a quarter of an hour in to the second half, Thago lifting a free kick over the defensive wall for Canales to collect the ball and shoot past the keeper. The youngsters go on to this weekend's final against the winners of the second semi-final between hosts France and Croatia, hoping to emulate their senior side and take home the cup. (27.07.10)
