Spain's chances of qualifying for this season's under 17 European finals in Liechtenstein are hanging by a thread after a 0-1 defeat to Belgium. A single goal by Raman midway through the second half was enough to win it, and Ginés Meléndez's side were unable to convert any of the many chances they created. Spain now have to win their last match on Monday against Poland and hope that Belgium lose to Northern Ireland in the other group game.
