Spain rounded off the first qualifying round with another big victory , beating hosts Romania 1-4 to end the mini-tournament on maximum points. Suso and Rafa started things off with goals before the break, and substitute Jorge Ortí added two more after the interval. Aitor Karanka's side scored a record breaking 19 goals in the three games, Suso their top scorer with five.
