Sevilla are the first team to qualify for the final of this season's Spanish cup after beating Getafe 2-1 on aggregate. Defending a two goal advantage from the first leg, the Andalusians lost 1-0 on the night thanks to a headed goal early in the second half from Soldado. The locals could have scored before that, Soldado and Pedro León bringing good saves out of Palop and a shot from Casquero deflecting off a defender on to the bar. But Palop kept up his sterling performance after that with saves from Soldado and Boateng to take his side through to their first final in three years.
