Gimnàstic beat Eibar 2-0 in a match which was postponed from ten days ago due to bad weather. Mairata headed in Campano's corner to open the scoring midway through the first half, and Campano himself made it two a few minutes later with a free kick from the edge of the area. New signing José Marí came on after the break and went close a couple of times, but the Catalans had done enough to end a run of three defeats in a row, and leave their opponents further down in the drop zone.
