Fourth
round, first leg
The draw took place today
for the fourth round of the Spanish cup, in which the first division sides
participate for the first time. The surviving second division B and third
division sides were all seeded to play six of the teams playing in Europe this
season, and the six second division A sides also face first division
opposition. Matches will take place over two legs, with the first leg in the
ground of the lower ranked club on or around 29th October and the return on
