A good start for Spain's new under 21 side, who recorded a 2-2 draw against England in this friendly match. Soldado put Iñaki Sáez's side ahead ten minutes before the break after Raúl García charged down a clearance, and Jurado made it two on the stroke of half time after a good run by Barragán. Nugent got one back though soon after the restart following Bentley's free kick, and Lita got on the end of a long cross from Davies with ten minutes to go to head past Adán and save the draw.
