Club World Cup
Barcelona 4 - América 0
Barcelona cruised
through to the final of the Club World Cup after a 4-0 win over
América. All concerns about jet-lag were dissipated when
Gudjohnsen finished off a team passing move in the tenth minute, and
Márquez headed home Deco's corner for the second on the half hour mark.
A brilliant Ronaldinho made it three after the restart, and then set up Deco
for the fourth before delighting the crowd with a chip against the crossbar in
the closing minutes. Frank Rijkaard's side will play Internacional de Porto
Alegre in Sunday's final. (14.12.06) |
