UEFA Cup, first round, second leg

All four Spanish sides qualified for the league stage of the UEFA Cup today. Osasuna were the first to kick off, and they ensured their place on the away goals rule after a 0-0 draw with Trabzonspor. Baiano scored twice and Canobbio came on to get another as Celta beat Standard Liège 3-0, but only after Esteban saved a penalty. Espanyol found themselves a goal down to Artmedia, but Pandiani scored with two headers and made one for Coro in between to give them a 3-1 win in the end. And reigning champions Sevilla had no problems seeing off Atromitos 4-0, Apostolopoulos and Ioannoy both putting through their own net in the first ten minutes before Luis Fabiano and Kepa finished things off.
