Friendly international
Iceland 0 - Spain 0
Spain could only draw
0-0 with Iceland in their friendly international tonight. Other than a
couple of efforts from Reyes and Villa after the break, Luis Aragonés's
side didn't particularly trouble local keeper Arason, and the only point of
interest was that Raúl was playing in his one hundredth international.
The match served as a warm up for Spain's opening Euro 2008 qualifiers against
Liechtenstein and Northern Ireland at the beginning of next month. (15.08.06)
