Ejido. With many of Spain's
top youngsters taking part in the Youth World Cup, the managers took advantage
to give a run out to some lesser known players in their under 22 squad for the
Mediterranean Games, which this year are taking place in and around
Almería. Spain started off their campaign against Malta, who they had

Arizmendi wrapped things up with a second goal a few minutes later.
