Friendly games

Barcelona and Espanyol found time during the international break to play out the Catalonia cup, both sides winning their respective games against Nàstic and Lleida by big margins despite putting out depleted sides. No date has been set as yet for the final. Meanwhile the Catalan regional side are having problems finding an opponent for their traditional Christmas break fixture after Cameroon said they had already agreed to play the Basque country at the same time.
